Threadle

Network Storage and Query Engine

Threadle is an open-source, high-performance and memory-efficient network storage and query engine written in C#. Designed for working with very large and heterogeneous networks, Threadle has native support for multiple relational layers or different properties and modes, node attributes, and a useful CLI frontend. The core innovation is pseudo-projection of 2-mode (bipartite) data: Threadle provides fast 1-mode querying of 2-mode data without projecting this data.
